The Juniper Bay
All I want for Christmas is my...
Featured at our 2008 holiday tasting party. We use SF's own Junipero gin (Anchor Steam Brewing Co.). Luxardo maraschino liqueur, pure unsweetened cranberry juice, fresh squeezed grapefruit, fresh squeezed lemon, elderflower syrup, and a dash of grapefruit bitters. Hand shaken and served up with fresh cranberry garnish.
The Yellow Rose
The Lemon Drop's more creative step-sister...
So you want a lemon drop. It's okay - we all do. That's why we've created our very own. Using our house-made rosemary & rose water simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon, and Ketel One Citron vodka. Drop in a sprig of fresh rosemary and enjoy.
La Chispa
Baytenders' Pisco Punch
Perfect for a hot afternoon, La Chispa, also know as 'The Sparkle', combines Pisco Bauza (de Chile), organic strawberry puree, our house-made sweet & sour, and sparkling apple cider. Pour over ice, stir, and garnish with lime. Smiles :)
Spiced Makrut
Ginger Lime-ade
Probably our most popular drink... Freshly grated ginger, or 'khing' in Thai, spices up this easy-to-sip cocktail. We add a splash of Cointreau, fresh lime, and our favorite - locally distilled Hangar One Kaffir Lime Vodka. Although we prefer to use the more politically correct term 'Makrut' for this rugged citrus native to Southeast Asia. Shaken and served over ice.
The American Honeymoon
Our Southern Speakeasy Special
100% straight corn whiskey from Missouri is poured right out of the jug and mixed with a delicious bourbon-based American Honey liqueur from Kentucky. A squeeze of fresh lemon, a teaspoon of maple syrup, and a dash of bitters makes this cocktail love at first sip.
The Rusty Peso
Tequila and spice and everything nice...
We start with Reposado tequila, house-made sweet tamarind reduction, and a squeeze a fresh lemon. Shaken over ice and served up with a red sea salt and sugar rim.
The Georgetown
Manhattan via the Caribbean...
Spiced Caribbean rum, Maraschino liqueur, and orange bitters. Stirred and served up with an orange twist.
